The principle focus around the military for NCSHRM in 2020 is to continue hosting the USO Accredited HR Training, NC4ME Panels, and to increase the number of Skillbridge programs available to veterans in NC. We hope to increase NCSHRM’s connectivity with the military HR Community. There are over 1000 service-members in NC working in HR fields and most are not aware of how to market their skills to the civilian sector post-military.
